When you purchase a customised item from us, we apply the chosen name, or phrase (or both) to a pre-made item of clothing. At present we do not physically make these jumpers, but rather we source them from our supplier. The clothing is made to our specifications and preferences and is unique to our store.
Our design studio is located in Co. Wexford in Ireland. When you make a purchase from us our Shopify app makes a little jingle sound and the whole office cheers :D
We are small, and our turn around for these customised items will vary depending on the time of the year. If you need an item in time for an event, or if you would like to vary the design to your liking please do get in touch with us because we will always do our very best to accommodate our customer's special requests.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns of items that are personalised but this of course does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The sizing and positioning of letters of a name on a custom jumper will vary depending on the size of the garment, and the length of the name. For example the name Sam might appear quite large where as the name Christopher will be printed in smaller letters.
We are a very small business which currently employs 4 (amazing) women. The safety, mental health and wellbeing of our staff is our number one priority. Their happiness comes before everything else. We feel that all employers should adopt this same policy.
We reserve the right to refuse custom to anyone who does not treat our team with kindness.
